Julia is a third-year student of Politics: Philosophy and Economics at LUISS, specialising in Artificial Intelligence, and Co-President of the association. Before taking on that role she served as Meeting with Diplomats Officer alongside Nicola, organising more than twenty embassy visits for members and moderating panel discussions with senior ambassadors.

Her interest lies where international law meets emerging technology, in particular how legal theory becomes binding tech policy and how that policy balances digital security and algorithmic surveillance against the right to privacy. She hopes to help diplomatic practice keep pace with technological capability.
